terase malas sangat nak update blog..

kerana , one of my friend.. he is a football player and he start asking me about all the medical terms..

tapi , datang part acl nie , aku terkesima , terdiam , dalam file2 kepale tak der save pon anything about this acl

malu tak terkate

this anterior cruciate ligament is one of the most common injuries that always attack(bukan die attack pon sebenarnyer..player yg cari sendiri masalah iaitu dengan tidak berhati-hati)  football player..pendek citer,manusie yang aktif bersukan expecially sukan yang melibat kekuatan kaki nak lari sini sane la yang slalu kene ACL nie..

tapi , ada bnyak factor lain lagi..

kenape name die "anterior cruciate ligament" ??
because it was named by the location of the injuries part..
